The bizarre comments of the woman magistrate are concerning ,if not unexpected. She has tried to have an each way bet , finding Craig not guilty was the obvious outcome, but her feminists programming dictated that she had to provide a sort of “protection” for the complainants and the political movement of which she is part of , no doubt.
What she did was inexcusable ,to deliberately sow seeds of doubt about his guilt after her decision , I wonder if she could be sued for defamation .
But magistrates are protected from accountability so they can do things like this , and many do abuse the protection the law gives them . Time for big changes.
For sure there is more than one women in Melbourne associated with this saga that needs to hang thier head in shame. On the contrary, Craig and Vanessa should hold their heads high. I'll make a special trip to see that Show.
