It’s not just Canberra, it’s state gov in Victoria too, My ex’s mother works in vic state gov has an apartment down there & a house in NSW where we lived, she works from “home” for 3 months at a time still, how else did she have the time to mount an all out war on me,between one zoom call & making pesto alright I’ve seen it, she takes piss. She stuck her nose in our relationship couldn’t ruin it, then a go away for 1 month work hard labour on location work, north QLD & on my return I get the full text book fem legal false allegations & it was fully orchestrated by my ex mother, and it was a power play & after me researching for 6 months after the first wave of shit storms I realised why, they had been planning & recording us & making false claims to her gp never a shred of evidence & so much more crap that my ex was doing wrong bc mummy was doing all the real heavy lifting bc her own son my ex’s brother won’t let her meet his own 7 yr old boy.

She knows she’s. not seen my 3 yr old daughter for 2 yrs. My ex must be shit scared of her own mum to let her do this crap.

I really can’t see anything that will improve the lot of men when a woman lies to have him removed from the home. Bettina thank you for what you do! But really what has been done.

I feel disappointed reading the comments. It’s not all good fun when you are the one who has the huge costs, lost contact with your son and has experienced the family court and judge.

Bettina, you are doing a wonderful job. But I 'm not sure politicians are cowering to feminist harridants. Actually politicians are playing their part in "victimising" women since 1971, while Globalists tooke the complementary part in promoting women's jobs and abortions at exactly tle same time. My historical studies on all "victimises" since the French revolution conclude :

They last only for 2 generations and they have a catastrophic ending, because "victims" always will want more rewards, while ordinary people understand soon enough the political trap.

Trump' s election was the turning point.

Keep on that path, again and again and you 'll win ! !

As one with fifty years direct involvement in the ALP I'd say we don't have a Labour party any more. They have become a branch office of the US Democrats.

Sunday - Well there you go. Labor has won again. Almost makes me wonder why we bother.

A big part of the problem is the Liberal party is so hopeless. If only there was a proper party to replace them.

Canberra is a protected bubble , working from home will now be a permanent option for the privileged public servants. A system wide open to abuse and rorts , how will we know if the public servant works a whole day?

Just another reminder of how out of touch the capital city is , a black hole of taxpayers hard earned money . Dutton shouldn’t have backed down over that issue , obviously he saw that it was important enough to raise but caved in to pressure from the Canberra bureaucrats , many of whom would be women.. Dutton has showed his true colours , another “yes man” to the feminists who really control Canberra.

Love it. I’m sure there were the Labor minders out there doing surveillance. They should be worried, your message is getting stronger, political parties can’t keep ignoring the deaths. Only be a matter of time it will be a politicians son, heaven forbid.

The only politician in Australia who speaks up for men is Pauline Hanson. For that reason alone I voted One Nation this time.

That’s right and as I remember Pauline Hanson was the ONLY politician to come out of Parliament House and speak at the mens suicide rally last year, where pairs of shoes were displayed to represent the number of men suiciding, average about seven men every day. This is a high number for a country with a small population like Australia. How does this compare with other countries ? I’d like to know.

There is a liberal in South Australia who does so as well Alex Antic I think??

Expand full comment
Orr's avatar

Yes, Alex is a great advocate for men, but he's in a party that panders to women, so it's a wasted vote. Voting for One Nation at least sends a message to the Libs that they need to change direction.

All true. I agree the difference in policy is minimal. The labor gov has, just a week before the election decided to put $32 million into men’s health. I think to little a little too late.

Emily’s list is clearly progressive feminist in ideology and influences Labor. The liberal organisations not so clear on at present.

Pandering to women, feminist (progressive) sub-party www.emilyslist.org.au in labor party.

I am not aware of equivalent in liberal party. They do have groups called Hilma’s group www.hilmasnetwork.com and Margaret guilfoyle network www.liberal.org.au/mgn not clear if overtly feminist or simply professionally supportive.

In terms of policies and political rhetoric there's been very little daylight between Libs and Labor on men's issues for many years. Turnbull was an ardent male basher and Morrison's apology to Brittany Higgins in parliament was the most despicable act of pandering to women imaginable.

Right ,there is in effect a third major party in Canberra , “the women” spread over all other parties are the women politicians who have more in common with the feminist ideology than the principles and policies of their respective parties .

They have in most cases been through the feminist /Marxist indoctrination process otherwise known as the “ education system”

so regardless of the party they are in they will always push the feminist agenda .

Orr's avatar

Exactly. There's a broad alliance across political parties and media outlets of career feminists with no real interest in government or journalism, just in "Dismantling the Patriarchy". As a perfect example, Bettina mentions "a sneering journalist from The Age, attacking Opposition Leader Peter Dutton." Her name is Olivia Ireland, and a quick search of her background tells us: "Olivia is a student...at The Australian National University, she is interested in how gender plays a role within the current political climate...She is extremely interested in how different countries within the Asia-Pacific approach gender and has done research in Vietnam on this issue." As you say, a product of ANU indoctrination, with a declared feminist agenda. Dutton is spot on when he calls them "activists not journalists".

There is actually developing, a large section of society who actually hate men. If the suicide statistics were gender reversed, there would be a HUMUNGOUS political effort involving the expenditure of many millions of dollars in an effort to solve this problem. Perhaps it is realised that the solution would include reversing some of the unfairness in the legal system which is causing so many men to believe that they have nothing worth living for fter their lives are destroyed by vindictive feminist activity through the family courts for example.

"There is actually developing, a large section of society who actually hate men."

Yes, it's de rigueur in educated circles to hate men, and for men to be self-deprecatory at all times, esp. around women. It's noticeable amongst young inner city types, and quite sickening to behold.
