John, It is very interesting to hear your description of what happened to you. I am so pleased you managed to fight off these charges. You are so right about this new industry, a vast bureacracy set up to support women and destroy men. It is really frightening. And so shameful that our mainstream media pretends it is not happening.

This sort of railroading happened to me, not for sexual assault but assault,

i was falsely accused by my Ex, when the police arrested me they didn’t want to hear my side of events or anything logical I commented on, one of the accusations was I had struck her in the face, whilst driving mind you resulting in scratching the left hand side of her face next to her nose, no other marks or bruises on her face at all just this little scratch.

I asked them to photograph my hands and nails and take samples from under my nails, (they never did) i then asked them how I had done the scratch to the left side of her face without any bruising or marks present? No answer.

When the question was asked in court why the police had not taken photos or a sample of my nails (it wasn’t the officer in charge of the case) the reply had been “It wasn’t in my interview brief from my superior!!”

Thank goodness the Judge was a highly intelligent woman who’s bullshit radar was finely tuned and found the testimony of my Ex to be untruthful and dismissed all charges.

It still cost me about 40k though with lawyers fees, lost work and no recompense as it was deemed Police had done everything by the book, yeah right.
