I just watched this episode and it was powerful. I held my breath through the scenes as Evans carefully and full of care conducted that exam. She was compassionate, understood the violation that occurs with rape and did her best not to further violate the woman in her care. And this was done in the context of other medical situations that also called for empathy and compassion.

I am not sure what "restorative justice" is but I doubt it can replace the hundreds years of wisdom of the Common Law. The problem with the feminist jurisprudence overall is that it has no idea what justice is and wants to replace it with a "feeling what is right".
