Tina when someone lives through the false statements from the wife there is no reason to dramatize anything. They find themselves trying to “talk police into investigating.” Can you imagine this? Knowing the truth the parents of the father then spend all their savings in the hope police will investigate. Apart from that the wife is allowed to dictate everything. The father, who was carer of the child, from birth to 9 yrs old, now is only allowed restricted visits! The grandparents who once babysat the child, are now expected to fly Brisbane to Sydney twice weekly. In due respects Tina WE ARE the LIVING please help us!

Your old journals from long ago may be valuable to you, but please get up to present day.

in the community the 3 of them lived, he is observed with a supervisor writing everything down, to be reported to the Company taking gov funds to do this.

Latest news item: A woman was set on fire by her partner (husband?) in a domestic dispute. He also violated a DV order. He was charged with several offences. Then - next item.

But what is the background to his action? Was he a monster? Or did the woman push him over the brink of endurance and he just "lost" it? If so, I'm sure we'll be not told. The woman's image must be kept clean.

Queensland has a woman who drove to her boyfriend’s ex girlfriend’s area and run her over in her 4wd. She is saying her boyfriend was controlling & that is why she did what she did. She was given bail after killing someone. The Sunday news reported she is currently working in a takeaway store at Goodna. In Queensland DV laws of coercive control can see an offender jailed for 14 years but if you kill someone and your female they use the coercive control laws to say they are victims. She was in an area she didn’t live in, no excuse for being there and no one forcing to go there but now she is a victim. She said all this was the boyfriend’s fault when on a call from prison, then she gets bail. Every call from prison informs the caller it is recorded, it was obvious she said what she said to help get her out of prison.

Was the man provoked by constant abuse ,nagging ,etc. from his “partner” . Was the DV order the last straw ?,this happens often as in the case of Baxter and Clarke , the DV orders on Mr Baxter undoubtedly played a part in his extreme reaction.

This case could be said to be similar in that the courts and police should be more careful when they chose to involve themselves in the volatile affairs of estranged couples.

Finally a High Court challenge to DV laws. No one should be forced out of their home because a police Officer goes on one version of unproven allegations of Domestic Violence. Where do we live China.

Ken Lydon's avatar

This idea came from the USA where police are forced by law to remove from the home the person creating a domestic disturbance . In most cases this is the man and even if the couple have resolved the conflict, it’s mandatory.

Australia follows the US in all ways ,too much power is given to police and they abuse it. Australian Police have the power to issue a DV order to anyone , forcing them from their own property ,on the whim of a stupid inexperienced police officer brainwashed by the feminist propaganda rampant throughout police forces these days ,women must be protected at all cost.

Many police officers are not happy with DV laws. Ken regardless of where it came from it’s about time politicians did what WE pay them for and represent every one male or female.

Unsure if this helps but I'll still offer it: I think the group" Men Do Complain " would surely have members dat would be interested in ours. I know , Bettina, that this isn't an actual warrior dat ure seeking, but the idea is to brainstorm/ 2 heads are better than one type of idea. They've been around a long time and I'd bet that they must have something of value, and am positive dat they'd love to help . We need numbers, hoping to head for critical mass.

I am on a MacBook and use only Safari and got a warning that the site was unsafe and possibly someone had created a similar site and it was 'dangerous'. Sorry I mean to take screen dumps.

I have had Bettina's website saved for some time, a year or more, in a spreadsheet and clicked on the address: https://www.bettinaarndt.com.au and got this warning.

What was also showing was the that the 'certificate' was out of date???

I decided, first time ever, to click on the button that would take me to the website site.

Is it possible Bettina that your websites certificate ?? is out of date??

I've seen this before, elsewhere and decided not to follow it through but given that I was clicking on a URL that I had previously saved and had used when this article first came out on Jan 15 2025 I clicked on it today 28 January 2025 and I'm in Switzerland.

I will look at this again in a day or so but I have to admit that I now feel insecure in using the banking details to make a donation, which I've done previous but find now I don't have proper records of the details 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ even on my australian bank, bank statements 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️.

If I find out other information I will let you know..

It’s encouraging to hear about a High Court challenge to the DV laws . This has from the start been a bone of contention , that a court hearing can be held without the knowledge of the defendant , who is deliberately not notified. The feminists will say that this is necessary to “protect “ the woman in some more serious cases, but in practice it’s become the standard procedure , with cowardly magistrates pandering to the feminists afraid to refuse a DV order application , for fear of being to blame if a woman is hurt.

So now ALL applications are granted on the most flimsiest of reasons or NO reasons as with coercive control it’s enough for the woman to feel that she may be a victim some time in the future.

A DV order ,even an “interim” ,can see a man expelled from his own home and property, and on this issue it should be a High Court case that the right to possession of one’s property is an inalienable right , where would English common law stand on this ? or do we need a bill of rights.

I thought it was law in NSW that police are not allowed to investigate. Wouldn’t that encourage women to lie?

The wife lies when she accuses the man of DV, she has taken control of all property; it’s in her name, (transferred she lies),. Guilty of fraud! The man has the embarrassment of supervised visits in their community, the child is told by the mother he cannot text the father! It does not seem fair to me, but I’m the mother of the father, maybe I have something wrong with my reasoning.

New Zealand has a Bill of Rights Act. Which is routinely ignored by lawmakers for feminist reasons. I think we need basic rights protection to be written into the constitution to prevent lawmakers ignoring these rights.

It seems laughable that we are so anti authoritarian countries yet refuse to codify and protect basic rights within Australia when they obstruct ideology. And make no mistake, feminism is the ruling ideology in the Western World.

As to the last statement, I'm convinced that in the US, it's because the big nosed small hatted tribe had hijacked their country thru their media, Hollywood, schools and politicians by bribery or blackmail ( Lolita express)and is why male genital mutilation is still so prevalent. Is it the same case with other western countries or was it because of Regina?

A man falls in love with a nice woman and they get married. And then, by and by, his wife and mother of his/their children turns herself into an Arizona cactus in a women's dress. What's going on here? I have a son who has a woman friend. They live apart. He told me: "Dad, I'll never marry.". He didn't tell me why. Has he seen the shocking realities of feminist women in Australia and the evil legal system that encourages the worst of harpies?
