In Queensland DV laws of coercive control can see an offender jailed for 14 years but if you kill someone and your female they use the coercive control laws to say they are victims. She was in an area she didn’t live in, no excuse for being there and no one forcing to go there but now she is a victim. She said all this was the boyfriend’s fault when on a call from prison, then she gets bail. Every call from prison informs the caller it is recorded, it was obvious she said what she said to help get her out of prison.
