I expect this will lead to more Australian men avoiding marriage altogether. And lower birth rates.

Bettina,

Do you have citation for the 2006 removal of penalties for perjury?

Excellent article in The Weekend Australian today about the family law bill. If you have a subscription please make comments supporting Angela Shanahan's arguments. https://www.theaustralian.com.au/inquirer/family-law-reform-cancels-dads-right-to-share-parenting/news-story/98f628c9ae677d2d763aee8413cfad92

it is pointless to fight it. politicians want the womens vote. the only thing to do is leave this country and start again overseas. I was told to sell up and get out and not come back to Australia ever. by a white south african women working in the ACT aboriginal museum. Narcissism is a wonderous thing. 3 million for a narc smear campaign says it all. And I bet I know who got those pair a job in Europe. makes it expensive for the press to question the narcs.

I admire your honesty. please do not forget how this narcissistic tactic is used in the workforce. They use narcissistic smear campaigns to remove men permanently from the workforce. Look at suicide rates. You cannot fight the daughter of a cop. Iknow. I did not sleep with her nor date her. She just was a grade 10 failure. But she posts my work as hers and I am a paedo rapist. Greed is terrible. and a brit man is behind it. England was the first country in the world to make coercive control a criminal offence punishable by 5 years in prison. some english men came here.

Off topic but hot off the presses. I've been waiting for someone to organize something like this for a long time. The Butthurt warms the cockles of my . . . well, lets just say it warms my cockles.

Me too! I think this is very important. About time men started standing up for themselves... and men in STEM are facing appalling discrimination. Good way to attract publicity to what is going on and also strike a blow against identity politics.

I know Trans and non-binary people.. just to be clear...

I say this because I see at least a couple of things happening.

1. real people are suffering.

2. haters are busy hating...

I will leave it at that..

Edit: I deleted my original post after some further thinking..

On reflection of my comment and maybe Bettina you commented on my original comment!!

Anyway, @Derpetology101 I was not trying to say that you were a hater or anti anything and I found the article you posted very interesting and in the comment by Bettina... it is high time Men started representing themselves and asking many more questions for clarity.

My comment was to short but sometimes I want to remain anonymous because I think I'm so identifiable and I know some friends would probably shoot me...

In the article there are some embedded videos and comments and I think they are the haters, haters of males...

but my main off topic idea, not expressed, was that people identifying as non-binary are actually invited: https://anitab.org and down the page it states : Individuals

Women and non-binary people in all career levels have a role in transforming technology. Get involved today.

so they actually invited 'non-binary' persons and then were not happy.. so that is your point Derpetology101, that they show themselves as haters and discriminators...

I asked my partner: is non-binary only for 'biological females' or can a 'biological male' identify as 'non-binary'... This is one of his subjects as a psychoanalyst and basically he confirmed that 'no it is not only for women to use'.. it is for anyone to use.

So what I didn't want to ramble on about but did in my first post, a little, was that this conference is one big discrimination...against men... because unless someone says specifically 'I'm lying about my gender identity' how the f*ck do this people know.. because people can identify as they want and dress as they want... and this is one of the big problems that I'm becoming more away of nowadays. Some women don't want this 'non-binary' 'thing' because then 'women exist no more'.. as was said to us a few months ago.. we don't want 'equal rights for all humans' because women will no longer exist... so to make it clear, I like the article. I liked that these men exposed these women for being discriminating and disrespectful against males and non-binary identifying persons... putting women and non-binary in the one sentence does not cut it.. at all...

I'm sorry if this is to rambling..

Bettina: thanks for your message and I realise now that I do not know enough about : gender ideology nor gender politics... so any links would be gratefully accepted.

You mentioned some links !! the only links I had were in the post I commented on:

https://www.outkick.com/men-overrun-grace-hopper-women-in-tech-conference-by-registering-as-non-binary/

Senators: https://www.aph.gov.au/Senators_and_Members/Guidelines_for_Contacting_Senators_and_Members

or email extractor program: https://emailaddressextractor.sweetpproductions.com

Last thing: number 1 & 2 in my comment.. I know people who have suffered because of the body they were born with and have tried all sorts of things to adjust but in the end they have not. When I say 'haters', I see now with ? maybe, gender ideology/politics.. that maybe.. there are lobby groups, politicians, corporations, etc. that see an opportunity to disrupt society, make money, take control and this is very different to the actually people, that I know anyway, that have suffered because of their situation.

I've learned a lot by asking questions and I think people need to be less afraid and ask questions.. As I have learned recently, just because a Politician is gay/lgbt+ doesn't mean they will reply to my emails or be on my side.. they are after power.. for themselves... please ask people that are experts to explain how things work, no matter how often you have to push it...

End.

Look at this story... woman organised murder of her ex husband - they were fighting over custody! At least she got a large prison sentence.

Compare this case to the woman in Geraldton WA who killed her husband as he lay in bed, she hit him several times with a club hammer , broke his neck.

She was a doctor believe it or not , anyway she then pleaded that SHE was the "victim", of domestic violence, as expected, although there was scant evidence.

The court was very sympathetic and she received a very light sentence, also eligible for parole only 6 months after her trial .

The infamous Rosie Batty went into bat for her and lobbied the then foreign minister Peter Dutton to allow her to stay in Australia, since she was on a visa, and the conviction would have and should have seen her deported.

Dutton, now the leader of the Liberals, caved in and let her stay , sealing his reputation as a weak man and feminist puppet.

That Biannca Edmunds could receive such a harsh sentence by comparison is an example of the power of accusations of domestic violence, and had Edmunds been able to use this as her defence she may have gotten off easier.

But also it looks like the courts a waking up and lenient sentences for women just because they are women are not as common now, women should take notice the times are changing thanks to Bettina and the few other journalists working on mens rights issues.

I suspect they will appeal and she will very quietly be given a much lighter sentence.

Keep up the pressure on people for the sake of good Dads, Mums, Grandparents, and the well-being of children that is at stake.

The whole system is a travesty regarding justice - prone to weaponisation, poor outcomes, and deceit that goes unchecked and unpunished.

For lobbying Senators on the looming vote write to, and call:

1. Senator Lambie and her Senate colleague in JLN - they are supporting Labor’s Bill but may be persuadable if they can be better informed about its details and likely

contrary outcomes.

2. Coalition members and others who have refuted the Bill (to give them the reality from the coalface so they can take up the fight even more ) , although some of whom also need to be reminded that “shared parental responsibility “ Is a worthwhile concept and when it was fully in place (before Gillard's tinkering) it led to fairer custody outcomes (which in fact Was the intention, despite a false narrative in the zeitgeist that it wasn't- sadly even some of the current refuters of the Bill have bought into that line of argument ).

So write to Dutton, Senator Hanson, Senator Cash, Senator Scarr (was on recent FlL Bill 2023 Senate Inquiry), Canavan, and Senator Claire Chandler- to name some key parliamentary protagonists in this debate. All of Labor and the Greens are voting in lock-step in strong support of this Bill, so they're not worth the time.

A former Australian Olympic gymnast and Commonwealth Games medal winner has been sacked by a Sydney council for sending a picture of his young gymnastics team celebrating a competition win, describing them as “our beautiful team”, which council alleged “sexually objectified” the athletes. Please write to the Council and complain. We have to stop men being targeted in this way.

The coach, Lindsay Nylund, described the sacking as “absurd … and a disgraceful attack”.

The 65-year-old competed at the 1980 Moscow Olympics, and won bronze and silver at the 1978 Edmonton Commonwealth Games for Australia.

Mr Nylund had, until his termination earlier this year, worked as high-performance coach at Sydney’s inner-west Five Dock Leisure Centre, run and operated by City of Canada Bay Council.

He was coaching six young gymnasts aged between 12 and 16, and overseeing the wider gymnastics program.

In May, he was quietly sacked, leaving his students, their parents, and his colleagues in the dark.

Nevertheless, my real QUESTION is will this change really make a negative difference to fathers? The alienation of fathers and their children is by all accounts rife. will the bill make it worse or just continue the same?? Allegations are treated as fact if they have any scrap of evidentiary support eg angry SMS currently and with that men have no chance of equal care. Btw, Men would be wise to get in their own allegations early if they have a hostile separation. Fire with fire.

It is about time the false accusers were brought to account. They should be charged financially and with prison time for villifying the innocent, wasting court time and for basically breaking the law. Too often we see people in "authority" (such as Dan Andrews, Alan Joyce) resign in haste in order to "escape prosecution". No wonder these activist females think they can do the same......just make a loud noise, get the media on your side and you too can "escape" responsibility.

Cassie has just had her second baby and is totally caught up with motherhood right now. I am not sure if she will return to the men's rights territory. She has other projects that interest her.

I'd love to see everyone reading this contact their own local media sources - radio, TV, newspapers -and ask why they are not giving proper coverage to this critical new legislation. And use your social media to highlight the biased reporting in most mainstream media - which has been appalling. The main point we need to get out there is the censoring of the false allegation issue which underpins the whole feminist plan. We have to get discussion on social media about this essential truth.

Hello Humdinger's cat: I think you are on the best path with the way your views are developing. I invite you to consider males as Fems too. In my experience their chivalry converts to / or masquerades as Feminism in order to deserve some reward from women. Some of these are the worst. Or maybe they are just projecting their faults on others? It isn't in my comment, but I the cause of our trouble was Family violence. This world does not consider that a mother can be violent, and cause serious injury or worse. Guilty or not, we males are automatically blamed. So accusations were used to destroy me, and that demonstrated that they were not considering the children's safety or psychology at all. They simply BELONGED to mum. What is a Feminist anyway? Can we find any two people who would define Feminism identically? Rather, it is like so many other matters, people describe it as suits their circumstances, experience, immaturity, and character faults - different every time. I suggest the consequences for Families, Community, Nations and the world are dire indeed - we are not replacing ourselves, and through ? EDUCATION ? our kids are being Propagandised, losing pride, which comes through self worth and achievement. So what about EQUALITY which FEMINISM haps on about? I class myself as a HUMANIST, a world where everybody matters the same, even though there are differences. I see labels like Feminist as SEXIST, and others now acceptable, as RACIST. I liked your comment
