Yes. That was incredibly hard for me to accept. However the reality is that when a father is faced with the family court system, he has choices. All of them a bad choices. They all come with pros and cons and there is a only a tiny percentage of cases where the pros outweigh the cons for the father.
Yes I agree with you Dave. What I found was the acceptance of everyone to deny hearing any account from the father or grandparents. (Who had looked after the child on their own in a different city) No account from child care people, swimming instructors, tennis coach or teachers who had seen the father caring for the child for 9 years as the mother worked her way up to a huge salary with many responsibilities. She walked out at 7.30am & returned at anything from 6.30pm to 9pm depending on meetings. When the child was 9 (old enough to walk to school alone) the mother had the father served with an ADVO because she feared for her life. Prior to that the father & child drove Sydney to Nth Coast while the mother flew direct. (solo) The father & son had 2 nights alone route. No concern for safety of child then.?? This is justice Australian style.

What I will say unfortunately is that we will not win this war (anytime soon) because as you may or may not know, there are dark forces at work here in the background (and has been for many years) designed to destroy any semblance of a loving, Christian family unit to pit women against men. The office politics were ridiculous with someone (most likely the sports reporter who feared for her job) leaking my stories to other media and then the editor would cite that as as excuse not to publish my work. The same female editor who was having an affair with a local politician. Women have high-jacked the media and any hetero male would no longer consider Journalism as a valid career path unless they could cover sport, something women know very little about. The biggest problem was that the womens' cycles had synchronised and one week a month the working conditions became unbearable. I will never work in a Newsroom again as the feminist element ensures it is not a good place for males.
Feminists now dominate the media and make sure mens issues get little or no attention. What we need is a men’s media organisation which employs only men . This would infuriate the women who would complain about gender inequality or similar.

I finally got a response on my 'Urgent Concerns Regarding Male Suicide policies' from the Federal Labor for Sydney Minister but it came after I wrote another email criticising them for not answering and given that I actually stated that my own brother, 71 years of age, committed suicide (in 2020 during the first lockdowns for covid).
The assistant emailed me and apologised for taking such a long time.
Right , the Parliament is traditionally the forum for the masses and access is gained through a “ member” of the parliament, elected by the people to represent them. The reality is different , MPs don’t care about the people in their electorate and in most cases won’t act for them by providing the access to the parliament which is the right of every person.
But anyway parliament is being weakened by the ever more powerful public service especially the justice system. David Starkey makes this point in his videos, we hear a lot about the “rule of law” but it’s really the “rule of lawyers” and now judges, who are also lawyers are making decisions which should be the domain of parliament.
We don’t want “rule of law “ we want rule of parliament ,the voice of the people .
I reel in horror to think that a simple case that is tried before two separate Judges that the outcomes can be very, very different.
I should know, before I do it, that if I steal a car and am caught, it is a sentence of x, y & z and two separate judges arrive at the same punishment.

I've done my own testing and tried rewording, shortening but the main message is still there and then they are accepted.
What I've noticed is similar to you. One newspaper will have an article that borders on 'hate speech' and yet my comment gets rejected! Instantly.. so a Bot is being used and wording can get around that bot.
In your comment above, I'd drop the 'not true'.. for starters.. unless you have already tried... I've noticed that anything that can be construed as 'violence, threatening, aggressive' gets rejected, not always...
I'm also learning that some newspapers are definitely on a 'we want to change society' and if your comment doesn't fit = rejection.

The study evidences that domestic violence by women is more violent because women use guns, knives, poison, cars, baseball bats and other tools.
If you believe in Karma then the misery perpetrated in the name of the law will swing back onto these creators of violence and hatred. Our society is riddled with stories of the like by many people who experienced the whole malignancy.

Another fantastic article on this heinous topic. It seems to be a case of out of sight, out of mind for the unaffected general public. More needs to be done in combating the relentless wreckage caused by the unhinged feminist driven governmental departments.
It is worth noting that Mark Dreyfus, and Labor, have just introduced (alleged) domestic violence to be a factor in divorce property settlements - so now the DV card will be sued not just in cases of children, but also when there are no children.
It is hard to have any sympathy though for any men who go through the Family Circus if they vote Labor/Greens.
I wanted to alert people to really think about how they vote, though it is almost impossible at this point to really know who to vote for.. Anyway, I hope you/people find my research as interesting as I did :)
What we need to do is educate teenage boys and young men in their 20s about how the law, the system works and how it is implemented, if they have a child, or even a relationship with a woman.
There is nothing that will change the system as a large cohort of women unable to get a man to have a family.
I believe children deprived of two parents will have the same effects of the ‘Stolen Generation’. Here we had government who believed by interfering in children’s lives and what was best for them, we saw these children stolen from their families all because the government felt it was in the best interest of the child. This just damaged the child more. I could not think of anything worse than to be taken from the only people I knew & to deprived of a parent. I come from a broken family as did my husband, thank goodness we were not deprived of both parents, having said that it still leaves a lasting affect on anyone who goes through a family break up.
Those in the Family Court are heartless, hateful, vindictive persons with their own agendas, they certainly do not have the best interests of the child and when that child becomes an adult then we will see the legacy of this cruel system. I have no doubt these adults will also receive an apology from the future government of the day, unfortunately it will be to late for those poor children deprived of a parent whose only crime was to want to be part of the child’s life. Family Court stop giving the mother full custody because you think that’s the best for the child, it is not.
