Modern day lynchings are designed to ensure the target's suffering lasts a lifetime instead of just a few moments.

You’re guilty, until you can prove yourself, innocent, if you can. On 23 October I have a six day trial in the district court facing 18 charges of raping and molesting my children. It’s all bullshit of course. I’ve been as strong as I possibly can be throughout this however, it has been very hard at times. With absolutely no help from anybody whatsoever and because I was charged with this rubbish, virtually everyone I had known run away from me. The charges were placed on my police clearance, so I couldn’t renew my Work license due to the fit and proper person clause and have become completely unemployable since. The whole thing is just devastating and I haven’t seen my children for nearly 4 years or even been able to speak to them. My ex has taking out restraining orders on behalf of them all and has also made application to the family court to change their names.

It’s probably very likely that I’m facing a jury in the court and could face the rest of my life in jail for something that I’m definitely not guilty of.

What I know of Children’s statements used in court, the lawyer and Prosecutor go softly softly when questioning children. I know from personal experience my grandchildren were questioned some 3 months after the so called threat was made towards the mother. Their story was so confused and they couldn’t remember much as they were 6 & 8 at the time. It was heartbreaking to see my grand children dragged into the mothers plot for revenge. Be prepared and instruct your lawyers as lawyers will run their own show and disregard much of what their client will say. Good luck

Hi Kay, thank you for your reply. May before last I was meant to go to trial on 30 May 2022. First two days of the trial when my two eldest daughters gave evidence by video. At the end of that second day, the rest of the trial was adjourned until 23 October 2023. Even though I had been told that the whole trial would be over by the end of first week in June 2022. It was supposed to be a five day trial from 30 May 2022. They blamed Covid for having to move the date out almost another over another year and a half and they requested six days for the new trial.

The evidence the two girls provided by video was very poor at least. The comment from my barrister and also the security guard that was with me at the time said that you can see that their testimony had been rope learnt.

I’m currently sitting here waiting for 26 more days until the trial and I haven’t yet heard anything from my barrister whatsoever. I assume that a normal.

I found my sons barrister was the same, most info was given to the lawyers who then would pass to Barrister. The lawyer seems to be the go between. My advice to you is ask lots of questions of your legal team, make sure they understand your instructions. Pay attention to the smallest detail from witnesses as you are the only one who knows your story. I hope you have a good outcome, my prayers are with you.

No legal team, just a barrister.

How did it work out for your son?

Unfortunately he was found guilty of making threats & stalking. He was sentenced to 3 years jail and paroled after 20 months. He is appealing his sentence as there is hard evidence the officer who charged him perjured himself and also his barrister was incompetent and refused to enter evidence that was available to him. Unfortunately some Barristers aren’t experienced in trials they might only represent clients for guilty pleas. We were novices when we started off but have gained a lot of knowledge how courts work. We had a friend who came to court who was a ex police prosecutor. He said he couldn’t see any evidence linking my son to the allegations. I found in our case a jury was not experienced in the evidence as it was online stalking. Our belief is his ex was behind it all, in court she played the victim well and the jury believed her. In our state of Qld men have not got a chance with DV, they are being locked up for no physical dv breaches because of there has been women murdered by their exes in recent times.I do hope your case will have a good outcome as yours is different than stalking. Stalking can be easy to get a guilty verdict. Like I said before pay attention to the small details, a true child abuse victim will have excellent memory. They will not falter when remembering events which sounds like your daughters testimony it is not the case.

Jen, I did see that article and delved further into some of the premises for these meetings that Man Cave organise.

There was a focus on the many boys who had experienced DV in their upbringing, which related to their current trauma. That fact for many boys is not disputed, however there was no mention of any who would have been alienated from their fathers through divorce, or separation generally, causing similar and unresolved trauma. There also appears to be no follow up after these sessions on an individual basis, a fact that psychologists have a problem with.

I found Jake's video really interesting. It covered so many aspects of life in today's world. Blessings to Jake for his courage & to you for keeping up the pressure on your detractors I have admired your writings for a long time. You definitely deserved your Order of Australia medal. Thank you Bettina.

Ross, I am glad you liked Jake's video. I thought he was great.... and so good to see a man like him being willing to talk about what it is like to be subject to the hideous public embarrassment of being named as a rapist.

This story is not relevant to Bettina’s current story, but recently Bettina reported about how Judge Vasta was personally sued for wrongly sending a man to jail. Brisbane Times is reporting how this ruling is making Judges nervous about be litigated against as they believe they have immunity. Of course the Judges will lobby Labor and of course Labor will protect them.

I say judges and magistrates should be accountable for their mistakes and malpractice. In the same way as doctors or any other professional .

They have extraordinary powers, bestowed on them by the people , this should carry with it a liability or responsibility , they should not be allowed to run for cover and cry for immunity when they do the wrong thing .

There is a judge in Qld right now being sued for damages for a judicial decision. This is quite unprecedented and may open some precedent pathways to greater accountability.

Fredro, if it is judge Vasta, he is the judge that was found guilty, he is from Queensland. I believe it took years for the gentleman to have a win against this judge.

Labor are stopping freedom of speech before this Legislation is law. I know of a male who called Child Support about being overcharged. He made a adverse comment about his ex partner to the Child Support call taker, this person calls his ex and tells her what was said, his ex reports it as a Domestic Violence breach and of course the police deliberately mis interpreted the Order to making comments as a Breach. He has pleaded not guilty as lawyer said a phone call to a third party she does not know is not a DV breach but he still has to fight this through the Courts.

To all Dads out there be careful what you say to Child Support.

Expand full comment

Domestic violence orders have always been a violation of the principle of freedom of speech, the orders ban the defendant from any communication with the so called “protected “ person, almost always a woman.

Communicating with a close family member or anyone for that matter should never be a crime but these domestic violence orders make it so.

Making a comment to a third party however derogatory also should not be a crime but as you say this man was still charged, police have been ordered to prosecute all complaints from women who have AVO’s against an ex husband or defacto , regardless of how trivial .

The same way they will prosecute a man for rape solely on the word of a woman, no corroborating evidence needed, this is the work of feminists within parliament and the justice system who use police as a tool ,part of the process of zero tolerance in matters of violence to women or sexual abuse of women.

Everyone is writing to me to point out Jenni Hermoso is a football player, not a hockey star. Senior moment! But amazing that a bunch of people checked my article and didn't pick that up. Will fix that right now.

As an American, I would argue that it's 'soccer', but who cares? What's relevant is that she's a moral miscreant.

Expand full comment

I agree , the game now called “football” was not so long ago called “soccer” this was the name used by the British and all English speaking countries , until the UK joined the EU and pressure from countries like Germany who called it “football”, forced the change .

This is leading to confusion in Australia where football has always meant the great game of Australian Rules FOOTBALL , but the global media has stolen the word for the game of “soccer” . Don’t let this happen in your country which like Australia has its own unique game also called football.

Bettina may say this has nothing to do with the topic but it does show the power of the globalists who control how people think, whether it’s a game of sport or accusations of rape .

Outrageous. This is but the next proposed step in the decades-long feminist quest for juryless rape trials.

Her grandson needs to be aware of those issues way sooner than on his 16th!!!

The feminist brainwashing in schools is well and truly active since about age 8 at least!! My two nieces, aged 8 and 10, are today TOTALLY aware of the powerful advantage their teachers’ gynocentric notions can generate, and have become super skilled at relentlessly exploting it versus “the boys”.

It’s a sad sad feminist world we’re living in.

"Snips and snails, and puppy dogs' tails; That's what little boys are made of." according to the old nursery rhyme. The next verse, of course, addresses the parallel question: "What are little girls made of? Sugar and spice, and everything nice; That's what little girls are made of."

Great work again Bettina. We are well on our way to the Antipodean Archipelago and you might just be our Solzhenitsyn. Whilst many women might feel safe because of the feminist control of our society, they should Google Martin Niemoller and his 1946 poem ‘First they came for.....’.
