Yep and they stole it all. I amassed a 7.1 million dollar estate and family court gave my X 85% of it. She had not done paid work for 32yrs. No children at home. I guess my daughters will be receiving stolen goods and so on it goes. These women didn't build anything. They stole it.

Family court law and the division of assets were strongly influenced by Lenore Weitzman and her book The Divorce Revolution in which she published research that was later found to be extremely faulty.

Her research methodology showed following Divorce/Separation a woman's standard of living fell by 73% and the man's rose by 45%. Her faulty research was accepted as fact because it fitted the narrative of men having it all. Critics were ignored or shouted down.

Her study was a self fulfilling and fraudulent study. When she published her findings not one single colleague could reproduce the results she claimed. Indeed the vast majority of studies published by feminists are self fulfilling and fraudulent.

There is a phrase I like;

"When emotions are driving, logic and rational thought are not backseat passengers they are locked in the trunk (boot)"

When the vast majority of feminist propaganda research is examined, it is research aimed at inflaming emotions and exaggerating the issue.

A current trend now is the "emotional load that women carry". Recently I discovered the correlation between that and the so-called "second shift". What is not apparent to the reader is that much of the data relied upon journals being kept. No one identified that men and women might journal differently.

Men record segments of time, and women the whole time it takes for the task to be completed.

For example; in the washing machine cycle of 90 minutes, add 5 mins at the beginning and the end of the washing cycle, it is most likely men only recorded the time of placing the washing in the machine and taking it out. Women on the other hand will include the whole cycle of 90 plus 10 minutes as doing the washing, even when they might have been having a cup of tea, while waiting for the washing load to finish.

Women conveniently ignore the fact that washing machines and all the other modern household appliances where the work of men for the most part. Women’s lives are so much easier and safer as a direct result of centuries of hard work and industrial /technical advances made by men .

Expand full comment

That is true.

Expand full comment

Seems washing machines, like many other modern technologies, liberated women from responsibility and enslaved men with responsibility.

Right it’s about time men and in particular white men overcame their self effacing servility and remind the world of the debt owed to them.

All the advances of the modern world almost without exception have been the work of white men , not women or other races .

So why are we so hated and blamed for all the world’s problems ?

I have definitely experienced it - twice unfortunately. 40me/60her in first relationship and 70me/30her in second (each of these spits have to be considered in context). Definitely not 85...I have heard plenty of stories worse than my experience though, and there have been points when I thought things may go against me. The lawyers managing the process do not help - it is a grotesquely adversarial system and they seem to encourage it.

So much so that the woman “steals” it, really fraud, and our wonderful family court has no concern. Definitely the most corrupt courts on earth Stephen Smith. The lawyers are part of the corrupt system; why would they do anything that would cut their food supply. Time to ban together and call it the way it is.

There was a senate enquiry into the Family Court , they asked for submissions from the public and got far more that expected , but there has not been any changes and the whole thing seems to have been buried.

Lawyers and the legal “industry” are making a fortune out of a biased and dysfunctional system . Parliament should be debating this and forcing changes, with the looming federal election Peter Dutton should be asked to make it clear where his party stands , I fear he would do nothing if elected .

What's with the strange notion of fairness.

Anyone who has followed Betina and frequented men's sites know that fairness left the building before Elvis did all those years ago

I guess so. For some reason I decided marriage was a mugs game for men in 1965 when I was six. I have no idea why such sentiment but that six year old WAS right as it turns out.

Nothing to do with fairness. I put all my children through uni. The only reason is I'm a man in family court. Absolute corruption and embezzlement then I tried to sue her wicg I would have won for 2.6 m and they put a gag order on me. 50 50 is an absolute myth.

Female judges, I suppose.

Expand full comment

Men judges are not really any better, they are often “white knights”. Judges were once lawyers , they came through the feminists influenced education system , so to say they have been brainwashed in feminist propaganda is fair comment .

Then there’s the secrecy of the system , ordinary people are not allowed to know what goes on , there is no accountability or liability for judges or magistrates. Things have to change , if judges could be sued for malpractice in the same way doctors are ,then they might be more fairer in their judgements.

Yessir. MASSIVE and UNPRECENTED transfer of male resources and wealth to 'oppressed and abused' victim-females. The State colludes with Big Feminism. The State also got wealthy off the stolen lives of men. Now, the State overwhelmingly employs women. Guess where all that leads? (see recent Fiamengo File) from Janice.

I have little sympathy for Andrew Forrest , we should ask how he got his multi billion dollar fortune , by digging up and selling to Communist China the iron ore which rightfully belongs to ALL Australians equally. Did he send you any money in lieu ?

But thats a different issue and maybe Mr Forrest will now use his ill gotten fortune or what’s left of it to help change the unfair Family Court . Australia needs men like him , big thinkers who can make Australia the great nation it could be , a nation which values and respects its men.

Neatest thing I've read for a long time!

👏

It's odd that women only discover that their husband is "abusive" after about 10 years of marriage, and there's a house, and children, and she's spent most of her time at home ("sacrificing her career") putting her in the box seat for custody and assets as the "primary carer".

Amazingly it doesn’t work in reverse. ie if the man is the stay at home carer.

"Retail – Women account for 85% of all purchases."

I've spent forty plus years working in the CBDs of large cities. You can see what women are spending their "wealth" on. Clothing and vanity for the most part.

I've been working from home for 20 years, which enables me to go to the gym and malls during the day.

You see working-age women all the time enjoying coffee shops, while their husbands are at work. Or, "ex-husbands".

And, good luck to 'em, if that's their priority - but don't whine about being "oppressed".

Women's preference for leisure time must be a huge factor in the "wage gap" which, despite spending $millions spent on it (now $billions, with tilting nursing, childcare,, etc..), the "equality" industry never sees.

I think that it is a likely possibility that women contribute more to climate change than men do, at least with shopping, given the 85% retail figure.

But I never see this even hinted at.

Indeed this was mentioned once a few years ago - then dropped. Greenpeace produced a report that looked at all the causes of pollution and envionmental damage and climate. The fashion industry from start to finish - the intensive growing of the cotton, the production of micro-plastic polyester fibres, the international shipping, the waste in landfills. All of it, according to the report, was more damaging than both cars and aircraft combined!

Here is an article where they summarise the report:

Breast reduction for men is now a sizeable industry in Mexico. I recall media from about two decades ago talking about Mexican boys developing breasts and implicating hormones from the contraceptive pill saturating the water table.

Excellent article, indeed.

However, despite the 85% figure provided by Bettina for women shopping, including fashion, not once is women’s contribution to the problem mentioned in the article, except for the lonely Marie Antoinette. In fact, the problem is even called “dead white man’s clothes“.

Unfortunately for the left, they have to deal with two darling topics that are in conflict, feminism and climate change. The article chooses to deal with climate change only.

The bottom line? Fear of feminism?

Well, a partner whom I recently split with, came to the relationship with 6% of the asset pool and has walked away with nearly 30%, with meagre contributions and terrible spending habits. It was one of those 2/3 nights a week defacto relationships...glad I called it when I did, it would have got worse the longer I stayed (and she knew it). The unspoken aspect of all this is that men are vacating marriage faster then a politician reneging on their promises

Women have a biological clock, men clock rocks much much slower, it's ultimately turning into a sad war of arbitrition and the wealth and trinkets they pilfer will never substitute in the long run for honouring ones biological purpose of reproduction

I envision the state trying to tax men into marriage or fatherhood, having demonised them and now destroyed the man cash cow, they will have to find a way to reverse their tyranny

The toxicity of marriage and just cohabitation is now affecting teenagers, who swear off women

Be careful what you wish for ladies, you just might get it

The BRW list of the most wealthy is interesting - who drops off it and who drops in.

Regarding the Forrest split there are significant others: Will the Rinehart wealth be sacristan through a Court case (with her children). Fortunately the Olympic swimmers have received her generosity in the meantime, many of whom would not have had the resources to attend lessons, let alone compete in their onerous trials along the way. A medal for Gina anyone?

The male Fund Manger originally from RSA, who's wealth halved through divorce and then his partner joined him equally in the BRW list. Is there no problem with that? No settlements are ever happy with both parties cracking toasts to each other after settlement, however equity was decided.

Some time ago I was discussing who were the most wealthy PM's. The answer most gave was Malcolm Turnbull, given his very smart involvement in an early start-up email application. When I mentioned Kevin Rudd it was "no way"; it is his wife's money, she being a very successful person in her own right. Apparently those disagreeing to my proposal have insider business that Kev has disinherited himself from being eligible to that (his/her) fortune. And, maybe he has, not that it may or should be public knowledge

Funny isn't it when a women's net wealth for many is considered embargoed, but a male's is "on the table" for dicing and slicing, the rules then can be different.

With many women now holding important jobs in the Public Service and private industry it could pose a problem for them, when or if, they themselves enter the Family Court mincer machine. Especially if they have a lesser paid and supportive partner who is demonstrably a good primary carer and who is eligible for Spousal and Carers Support from her, to continue living in the family home without disrupting the children and schooling, whilst she, the primary bread winner, finds residence elsewhere.

More to come....?
